Maryland Sexual Assault Coordinating Council (MSACC)

The Maryland Sexual Assault Coordinating Council (MSACC) is comprised of the major stakeholders in the state of Maryland in the area of sexual assault.  The Council meets quarterly and serves as a forum for addressing emergent issues in sexual assault and coordinating the work of individual offices with those of other state agencies.  Through a series of regional roundtables, MSACC has developed a statewide rape prevention education plan.  The plan will allow for a uniform approach to addressing rape prevention education and services in the state of Maryland.

Women of Color Network

An initiative of MCASA, the Women of Color Network works to expand resources for women of color in the area of sexual violence.  Toward this end, the WOC Network conducts community outreach, facilitates workshops, and examines best practices in service delivery for women of color who are survivors of sexual crimes.
